I LOVE keto pepperoni chips! Let me tell you why these crunchy baked pepperoni chips are a must. Let’s see. They are made with ONE INGREDIENT! Yes. One. (It’s pepperoni). They are DELICIOUS. I don’t know about you, but I want my snacks to be as tasty as possible. They are ZERO CARBS. Yes I’ll show you how to make pepperoni chips (or pepperoni crisps as they are sometimes called).

         Eating keto out and about can sometimes be tricky. Sure there are things like cheese or eggs available, but I’ve found that I much prefer to pack up my own snacks and not leave my snacking up to whatever is available at the closest gas station!

          These baked pepperoni chips are crispy chips made out of…pepperoni! Yes! It’s possible and it’s also a delicious, low carb and keto snack.Crispy pepperoni chips can be eaten straight, or used for a dip like a cracker or chip. There are so many delicious dip options for dipping! Ranch, veggie, or queso come to mind.

           If there is grease left on the chips, you may need to bake them a bit longer, and/or pat them with a paper towel. But the rack also helps make them less greasy!

INGREDIENTS

    5 oz Pepperoni slices

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C). Place an oven-safe cookie rack on top of a large baking sheet.
STEP 2
Arrange pepperoni slices on the rack.
STEP 3
Bake for about 5-7 minutes, until crispy. Cool to crisp up more.
