INGREDIENTS

   3 tbsp creamy sugar-free peanut butter (1.6 oz/45g)
 3 tbsp hemp hearts (1.1 oz/30g)
 2 ½ tbsp chopped hazelnuts (0.7 oz/20g)
 1 ½ tbsp powdered erythritol (0.5 oz/15g)
 1 ½ tbsp shredded coconut (0.5 oz/15g)
 1 ½ tbsp flaxseed meal (0.4 oz/10g)
 ½ tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1
Add all the ingredients for the keto energy balls into a medium-sized bowl and mix everything thoroughly until you get a smooth mass.
STEP 2
Form about 8 bite-sized balls.
STEP 3
Bake for about 5-7 minutes, until crispy. Cool to crisp up more.
