INGREDIENTS
1) 2 eggs for 2 serving
2) 2 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded.
3) 2 teaspoons cream, I use heavy cream, but any cream can be used
4) 1 teaspoon fresh chopped chives.
5) Use freshly ground black pepper to taste.
6) Sea salt.
7) 1 avocado, cut in half and pitted
